1.       Who are you?

Hello! If you’ve read my social media posts, you’ll notice that I say “we” a lot, buuuut its really just me. 😊
The store and social media are run solely by me. I create all designs and handle everything from sales to complaints. I’m from a teeny tiny town in Texas (hence “Shipped from the Middle-of-Nowhere, Tx”). I am a college student and I also work part time. Thank you for visiting my shop!

 

2.       I have two coupon codes; can I use them both?

According to bigcartel – no. According to me – yes. Let me explain…

Unfortunately, due to bigcartels coupon policy you may only enter one coupon code at a time during checkout – however, this doesn’t mean I won’t help you out. If you wish to combine your codes, please send me an email at [email protected]. Please include the product you wish to buy, as well as the codes you have. I will create a personalized one-time-use code that combines any multiple discount codes you may have.

 

3.       What is your pin quality grading policy?

Our policy was adopted from the lovely shop owner of Faux Fox Studio (@fauxfoxstudio on IG / Fauxfoxstudio.com). It is as follows:

-          Collector's Grade: Best choice for pin board collectors! Guaranteed free of air bubbles, stray paint/glitter specs, metal plating defects (excluding backs) and low-fill or gouged enamel.

-          Standard A Grade: Meant to be worn! Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections of the type mentioned above. Standard orders may be filled as collector's grade but are not guaranteed as such.

-          Seconds B Grade: For Budget collectors. Multiple or major defects of the types mentioned above, or: peeling enamel, missing enamel, or other unexpected problems.

Any order placed as a PRE-ORDER will be guaranteed as Collector Grade. Thereafter, all collector grade and standard grade pins will be placed in one pile and sold as a regular purchase. Defective pins will be sold as Seconds B grade.

 

4.       What is your return policy?

We accept no returns. The grading system has been explained thoroughly, therefore you know what you will receive after placing your order. The only exception would be if a mistake was made on our part, such as sending the incorrect pin. I do maintain extremely detailed records of all sales as well as double check everything, so this would be a rare occurrence.

 

5.       What is your shipping policy?

We charge $3 for U.S. shipping, and $5 for international shipping. All orders will ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. All items are shipped via USPS 1st class mail and USPS 1st class international. If you would like your package shipped sooner, upgrades are available. Please add a note in the order at checkout requesting a shipping upgrade as well as your paypal information, or contact me directly prior to placing an order if purchasing with a card.

We are willing to ship pins as gifts too! Please include giftee’s shipping information in the note at checkout.

Please allow 2 weeks for domestic delivery and 4-6 weeks for international delivery. Most packages are noted to have been received much sooner than these estimates, however this is completely out of our control and solely up to the efficiency of your local post office. Please keep in mind the struggles of shipping around holidays.

We are not responsible for any packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost while in the care of USPS. Please email us at [email protected] if this is the case with your package. We will work with you to come to a resolution.

NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any increase in shipping costs. International shoppers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes, & Postage Fees.
